We had another fun evening tonight!

We, Vern, Bubbles, Stacia, and I have been talking about doing a 'neighborhood' party for a long time now.

We finally decided to get it put together before the weather turned cold on us.

It took a while to find a day that our four families would be around!

Last week, I made some invites and Vern and I went and delivered them.

We were super happy with the turnout tonight!

We had over 40 people!

The invite went to  all those homes in the Northeast quarter of our square block.

It was so much fun to meet new people, meet people who I have heard their names before, and introduce people I knew to each other :)

Great night.

While I did the job of mingling......Dad had a lot of fun with all the kiddos :)

Everyone had a fun night.

Port had a rough time....he has been feeling off I think.

He also got plowed over at school today, and I picked him up and brought him home a little after lunch because his back hurt.....he has a little bruise form the incident.

And on the drive home, he was having some really hacking cough making him throw up.....

He totally sounded like he was having an asthma attack!

Poor kiddo!

We used Madi's inhaler, and that helped him to be able to get a good breathe after a bit.

Darn it!

But other than that, everyone had a great time!

This morning I finally got to go for a run!

Yay!

Then after lunch, like I said, I went and picked Port up from school.

While he cuddled with dad, I went back to school to finish up the Art Smart project in Elsie's class.

I think the project turned out really great.

The rest of the day was filled with getting stuff ready for the party tonight :)

Which, as I said before, was pretty dang awesome!
