Monday August 3

I got up early this morning so I could go and get some snacks for the car ride today.

I was back by 6:30 and we got Madi all loaded in the car.

The rest of the girls were at our house just a little after 7.

We got them loaded up and we were off.

It was a good drive up.

Such cute girls.

They will have a lot of fun this week.

I am a little jealous.....I never went to EFY.

Sounds like it will be a great time!

We got to the collage, and I went with them to get signed up.

Then we went back to the car and I drove them to their apartments.

I am glad I stuck around because one of the girls had a hole in her jeans, and they said she couldn't have that.

Then she panicked a little and said that was the only kind of pants she had!!!!

So once we dropped the girls off at their places, we drove and found a little boutique place that had pants on sale for $25.

I took them back and they were off.

Gonna miss Madi Bell!

I stopped and saw the Rexburg temple before heading out.

There was a white suburban parked right by me when I pulled up.

The family was just coming back from looking at the temple and I was still sitting in my car mapping out my sister's address when I heard the car door open :)

The little boy of the family was happily hopping in my suburban.

Oh he was mortified when he saw my face.

His parents were laughing, I was laughing......poor kid :)

Well, then I hopped back on the road to Idaho Falls to go and visit Sara and her family.

It was fun to see them even though we just got to see them not too long ago :)

I got to see their 'new' van!

They are paying off debts and got rid of their other van and paid cash for this.

I think it is pretty awesome!

I told her that I tried to convince Brent to get me a Jeep Wagoneer (panel sides and everything!) when we were looking for cars.

He said no :(

Someday I will get one.....someday!

So I visited with them for about 30 min. 

Then I met up with Brittany and her cute boys at their new house they are building about 10 minutes from Sara's house.

She has such great taste!

The colors.....everything.

It is just so pretty!

So I stayed and chatted with her for about 30 min before heading for the long drive home.

It really wasn't too bad.

I did have to resort to a Dr pepper to help keep me alert.

I do not drink soda.

Like ever!

But water wasn't cuttin' it, so I had to cave!

It was a nice drive, I just listened to books on tape the whole way.

I made it home about 7:30 tonight and the kids were getting ready to jump in the pool.

So I sat out there and watched them play with the boys and talked to Vern about her finding a renter for the rental house down the street.

Oh I sure hope everyone sleeps in tomorrow!

I am TIRED!
