My neighbors are bad influences and convince me to join them all with the kids for 1/2 price milkshakes at Sonic after 8.

Then don't get home until 9:30, then the kids wouldn't go to sleep!!!!!!!!

Oh, but it was a lot of fun.

So anyway.....

This morning the counter top guys came.

Yay!

Brent got called in for an overtime shift, so that was a bummer.

But I am so excited about the countertops!

They are even better than I thought they would be!

Tomorrow we can work on getting the cooktop in and the kitchen will be ALMOST done :)

I am excited!

My friend, Alyson, brought her kiddos over to see the baby goats.

So that was fun to show her around.

Then I got to drive Madi out to hang out with some friends from 4 years ago (from the old house).

She was so excited to meet up with them again and it was like no time had passed at all :)

All the other kids played at Stacia's while I had a doc appt.

They all had a lot of fun.

Later in the day, I picked up Madi and then the other kids too.

The time seemed to go really fast today.

Not much got accomplished on my end.

Oh well.

Tomorrow will be a good busy day :)

I went with Stacia to pick a paint color for her house exterior.

She is having it repainted and it's tough finding just the right color!

Then we got home, and that is when they all coerced me into going to Sonic!

It was  lot of fun.......

But now I need to go to bed and all I can hear is the thunderstorm going on right now.

Not sure I can sleep :(

No, the doors will not stay like this.

You just wait.....I have something fantastic in store!

The table is where the island will be.

But we have an electrical cord sticking out that kept getting tripped over, so we stuck the table there until we can get to the island :)
