I have been down for the count today.

Pretty much worthless :(

Brent and I spent the morning watching movies together.

But the 'Stair Guys' came to finish up the stairs....so at least things got accomplished today!

They are 5 posts short, so they need to come back to finish it up when they get those pieces.

But I am in love with how they turned out!

I can't wait to get all that blue tape off of there!!!!!

They just look amazing and I am so thankful for the people who made it possible.....

Even though we have no idea who paid for the stairs to be put in......I hope they all know that we are grateful and love them for their willingness to give.

And those was no small gift.

We also had some busy bees stop by this morning to mow down the orchard and front yard and do some weed eating.

Bubbles and Eldon spoil us :)

I had to go pick Cassi up an hour early from school.

She started getting dark spots in her vision and headache....so I didn't want it to turn into a migraine.

I brought her home and she laid in her dark room for a while.

That is pretty much the gist of our day......

We had dinner brought to us by the Milners.

First of all.....perfect day because, like I said......I was out of commission today :(

But also, the Milners are fairly new to the ward and I have yet to have met them.

But they still offered to bring us dinner.....

Just so thoughtful!

After dinner, we did homework.

Then we ate some cake that the Milners brought.

There was a lot of it, so we packed some up to take over to Vern and the boys, and also to Bubbles and Eldon.

Eldon happens to have a box of new (stray) kittens in his garage......

Madi has been begging for a kitty since.....well I don't know how long.

I agreed that they could have one (cause Dad already said they could)....

BUT....we were not taking one home tonight!!!!!

They will have to wait until they are a little older and can leave their mommy.

Hopefully the mama doesn't move them tonight to get them away from us...cause then I will have a bunch of kids mad at me for not letting them take one home.

Anyway, we kinda got them all into bed at a good time.

Well, except Elsie threw up.....she was drinking water and started choking/coughing and it turned into throwing up :(

So I had to throw her sheets into the washer and get her in the shower.

She felt fine when she went to bed....

Lets cross our fingers it was just because of coughing and not that she is getting sick!

When I picked Cassi up from school they said the nurses office had been full all day with kids throwing up and stuff!

Linnea actually kept Cassi in the office with her, while they were waiting for me to come, to keep her away from the throw-uppers :)

I do not want these kiddos sick too!!!!!!!
