Monday February 16

It was a very nice day today.

We decided to make it a bit of a family day.

The kids had no school.

So a little bit before noon, we took a trip to Chick-fil-a where we had some gift cards to use.

We headed to the park.

It was such a beautiful day outside.

We spent some time there and then we made a trip to Lowes to get some stuff.

After Lowes I made a stop of Hobby Lobby.......

Then we went to Coldstone to use another gift card we had.

We went on the perfect day, because it was kid free day when you buy an ice cream.

So our $15 gift car went a long way :)

Once we came home the kids all played outside for quite a while.

Elsie enjoyed digging herself into a hole :)

Most of it was dug by the boys (Max, Graham and Port), but Elsie thought it was pretty fun too.

Dad and I did some work out in the shop.

I put some stain on top of our dresser/sink.

And dad started with some sanding on the cabinets.

The guys got a lot of taping done today, and they put the corners on too.

It was dark by the time we got up there to take pictures.

But it looks great.

I am sure the texturing will start any day now.
