Monday November 10

No school today.

Port went with Dad to dump the dump truck this morning.

The girls and I cleaned.

Why are we always cleaning and nothing is ever clean?????

I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!

Anyway....

Dad went to the store to get wood to get started on the walls.

The Morgans had invited us to go over for a family lunch.

We played some games and then I headed back with Dad and we took Cannon and Porter with us.

We pulled up the rest of the wood floor and then tried to figure out how to get started on the walls......and found that the heights of the ceilings are different in spots :(

Making things a little more complicated.

But we did get started and made the wall in the back of the bathroom...which used to be the entry way :)

It looks great.

We have the wood ready to go tomorrow morning to figure out the uneven spots and make more walls.

For dinner, dad took us out to Red Robin for Cassi's family birthday dinner.

We saw Elsie's teacher, Mrs. Janzen, there.

Elsie was so excited!

And, what has become out little Red Robin tradition....we stopped at Krispy Kremes for some donuts.

The kids got to bed at a good time.

They were all tired because Elsie bug had a rough night......keeping everyone up since 4:00.

I REALLY hope it is a better night tonight!

Sleep is so good!!!!!
