Oh man......Brent and I are sick.

Head cold kind of stuff.

The kids seem to be doing fine though.

Except Madi just said her throat hurts :(

And Port has been extra whiney and moody.....so maybe he is getting the guk too.

But I was scheduled to teach Cassi's art smart today.

The artist was Roy Lichtenstein.

I had the kids make self-portraits in his comic strip type way, using the Benday dot method.

And using only the primary colors.

Some kids took it seriously, and some could care less.

That is always how it goes.

Cassi's is the one with the blue hair.

I think she did a great job.

It will look fun with them all displayed together for art gallery night :)

We (actually, Brent) started making the walls upstairs.

We need to reroute the existing venting.....and we are going to route it through the new bathroom wall.

But before we can reroute.....we need a wall to put it in :)

So he built those walls today.

It looks so good, and it is so fun to see walls go up!

Not too much longer until we are done ;)

Ha ha ha.......

Oh well, we are getting closer everyday though!!!!!
