We got the tar paper up on the front half of the house today.
We were tied in, that is one steep roof!
Well, I was tied in....the guys went on and off with it.
But it was my life-line!
I may not be too scared of heights after this roof gets done :)
Thanks to drew for coming and helping, cause I know it would have taken A LOT longer if I was the only helper for Brent.....
So thanks a million!
And thanks Heather, for letting us borrow him!
After we got all cleaned up and showered, Brent took me out to dinner to the Ram :)
He kinda likes me and I kinda like him.
It was nice to sit down and enjoy time with each other.
And then we stopped by Lowes to get more supplies for the rest of the roof.
We got home and grabbed the kiddos and met up with the Young's at Sonic for their half price shakes.
It was super windy, but we headed back to the Young's house for a swim!
They all had a fun time!
Thanks so much Heather for the invite.....and for giving my kids a fun summer, since, as I have been told, I am taking their summer away!!!!!
