Front side of the roof....all shingled!!!!

Yay!

Drew came over again this morning and one of Brent's fire buddies, Pete, came to help too.

A couple teenage boys in our ward came and helped out by bringing in all the rest of the shingle bundles and then helping out on the roof.

We got some good work done on the dormers.

then at lunch time it was time for a break.

It was so hot outside!

We took a little swim break and headed over to the Young's house.

Lot of fun for everyone and some much needed down time for others....(hmm hm...dad!)

We left around 2:30, so we could get Port ready and heads to the school for his meet and greet with his teacher.

We are so excited that he has Mrs. Grayson!

She was Elsie's kindergarten teacher and we just love her.

I can't believe he will be in kindergarten!

Where does the time go????

We also found out that Max is in his class too...

That could be good and bad!

Good, cause they will know each other, which always makes going to new things easier...

But they could also be trouble makers together.

So we will hope for the best.

He also found out that his little girl crush from preschool Emma, is in his class.

He was so funny once he saw her.

Like nervous weird kind of funny :)

It made me smile.

We came home, and Elsie had speech with Joanne.

Then dinner and Mom and dad headed back outside.

We stayed out there until the whole front side got done.

We came in around 9.....got done just in time.

Cause we were pretty low on light :)

Sure wish I was saying it is all the way done.....but soon.

Soon the roof will be ALL shingled!!!!!

Oh...and a big congrats to Uncle Ugly.

He was elected Sheriff of Uinta County.
