Took the big girls today to get their hair cut.

I have a friend who cuts hair and wanted to trade cuts for pictures.

Elsie didn't want hers cut...

I did get a trim.....the girls wanted me to cut a lot off.

But I don't think I am ready for that yet :)

But their cuts turned out cute.

Elsie's foot has been hurting her since Tuesday morning.

I was sure it had to be a sting of some kind.

That's what it looked like.

Well, it has just been getting worse and worse each day.

She wouldn't walk cause it hurt so bad.

Her foot was hot and puss was coming out of the entry hole....

So I made a dr. appointment.

I was getting her ready to go, when I noticed it was kind of bulging at the spot.

So I tried to clean it off (which Elsie did not like at all!!!!)

Puss oozed out and then out popped a super huge sliver!!!!

It came straight up, not a sideways sliver, this thing was going straight in!!!!!

And then after the sliver a bunch more puss oozed out.

I called the dr office to see what they thought.

They said that it will probably be better now that the sliver is out.

Oh, I feel so bad!

I totally though it was a sting.

When she first started complaining about it, Dad tried to see if he could get anything out but couldn't find anything.

It must have been in there really deep!

So hopefully her little foot is on the mend!

We made some Muddy Buddies tonight and took some to The Edwards and some to Bubbles.

Bubbles makes me happy.

She is always so happy and perky.

And gosh dang her....we came to bring her a little treat and she sends us home with a bag of veggies, fresh cut flowers, pears and a drink for each kid.

That lady!!!!

It's in her blood to give and give and give and make others happy.
