I just know I will be happy that I documented it all in the future :)
Anyway....finished up the trim work today.
Well, not totally finished.
We still need to make the block pieces on the corners of the dormers....
But we had a great days work today.
About 2:00, we took a break and started our separate Mom and Dad dates.
Which I think came not a moment too late!!!
Things were pretty heated this morning with the kids.....and me too.
I was just so sick of them fighting, I got pretty mad at them.
Anyway, things got cleared up.
Port headed to the new TMNT movie with dad, which he (they) LOVED!
And I took Madi shopping for school clothes.
We had such a fun time.
It was definitely something we both needed to do together.
She has such a cute style and it was fun helping her find the stuff to try on.
Because normally she just wears t-shirts.....which is not her cute style, just what she has :)
So she is super excited to have some cute clothes for school.
Next week, I will take all the others for some school clothes shopping and they will each get a special date with Daddy :)
Like I said....something we all need!
After our dates, Mom and dad got back to work.
It was a great day today :)
