Dormers got started today!!!!!!!!

Makes me so happy :)

We had an injury today.

Okay, Brent had an injury.

He shot himself in the bicep with a nail gun.

Well, maybe HE didn't.....

It was a joint effort between he a Bob :)

Bob was in a tough position to get where he needed to, so he called Brent over.

Brent got himself into a spot to help Bob, by bracing himself between the trusses.

Then When Bob handed him the gun to Brent's left hand, the trigger must have hit, or the trigger was already pulled and the tip got tapped, and out came the 3 inch nails.

One went into the wood.

One grazed Brent's arm, the other....straight into his bicep.

He said there was about a 1/2 inch sticking out that he was able to pull it out with.

I told him he should have taken a picture ;)

Anyway....he said it wasn't too bad while working, but as soon as he stopped and relaxed and stopped working so hard, it ha tightened up and it is hurting :(

I can see a bruise forming around it....hopefully it won't hurt him for too long!

Other than that, the day went great.

The kids and I got stuff done in the house.

I did some grocery shopping, and birthday shopping for little bug :)

Bubbles brought us over some dinner tonight.

I just love Bubbles and Eldon!

They really are the sweetest ever!

We lucked out finding them :)

After we ate dinner, we went to the Young's house.

Heather and Kara are gone away at girls camp.

All the kids played and had a fun time and we had treats and homemade ice cream, made by Drew.

Yummy :)

When we got home, we took the kids up top for a tour of the house, and Bubbles and Eldon came over again.

I think she is just as excited about this house as I am :)
