Friday June 20

The guys came to take the forms down at 6 a.m. this morning.
I would love to say they were the ones who woke me up....but my little boy had already done the job.
I sure wish he would sleep in!!!!!
Anyway, not long after they left, our framer came.
Turns out we know him.
He was in our ward at some point in time over in the other house.
Nice guy, nice family.
So they got started on that.
Dad was out there helping out.
They got the outside pony walls up today.
Monday they will start putting the floorboards in.
Have I said that I am excited yet?????
Well, I really am :)
We do have a bit of a mess to clean up downstairs.
We had to open up the wall from the outside to see where the floor level was.
Well, then cutting we all of the sudden heard this rush of and cement.
The bricks above were filled up with the stuff.
We thought it was just filling the bricks underneath.
But it was actually filling into the basement.
Our closet space and the whole downstairs was full of cement dust.
So we have a layer of dust over everything.
Oh well, just one more thing to clean up :)
The kids had Cannon and Avery over to play.
Cannon had to leave after lunch.
Then they had a lot of fun doing camp stuff.
They are going to do a camp day with friends on Tuesday.
Madi has it all planned out.
Her came name......
Camp wanna-giggle
How cute is that?????
Anyway, they popped some bubbles with food coloring in them and popped them all over Cassi.
They were getting along, and making the mess outside, so I didn't fight them on it.
Madi was a little photographer today.
Taking all the pictures of them with their camp stuff (except when it was a picture of Madi, then Cassi took that).
I went grocery shopping today.
And then about 4, I had a family photo shoot.
It was downtown Meridian, so when I was done, I laid my blanket down on the sidewalk to save our spot, because tonight was the Dairy Days parade.
The kids had fun.
Elsie loves to wave.
Makes me smile.
But she is not a fan of all the horns.
So she was either waving or covering her ears the whole time.
We got home after 8:30, and got to bed as soon as we could.
Dad moved sprinklers around, and now we are ready to go to bed.
I think we need a whole day of sleep for our bodies to recover :)
