Friday May 9

Port has been really into Army guys lately.
He wanted a Army guy helmet really bad!
So yesterday I dipped some green fabric in fabric stiffener, and stuck it in a bowl.
Well, it took forever to dry.....
But finally this morning, it was all ready to go :)
I had a real happy little Army guy.
He thought he was pretty cool stuff!
Kid cracks me up!
*****
Elsie worked so hard this week on studying her spelling words.
And she got 100% today!
She was so proud.
Elsie's teacher is retiring this year and Elsie told her that she got 100% just for her :)
So sweet.
*****
After school Avery and Cannon came over.
Avery and Cassi went and helped Bubbles pack some stuff in their car that they are taking to their McCall cabin.
A few weeks ago, the two girls left a note with painted rocks attached that said "You Rock!"
Well, Bubbles gave them a cute little note today after they helped her.
Pretty cute :)
We just love her!
The boys played good.
We have two big piles.....one of dirt and one of rocks.
So what else could a boy ask for, right???
They were happy boys :)
I went to a baby shower with Stacia and Madi watched all of them for the little time we were gone, and then Stacia took Avery and Cannon home with her after.
So it worked out good!
*****
So the house on the end of our lane just went up for sale.
I have been thinking that would happen.
They have been making all kinds of fixes and changes and sprucing up the place.
It is a beautiful place.
Just over 2 acres with like 4 big shops on it and a swimming pool.
Guess what they are asking???????
Any guesses?????
$819,000!!!!!
I couldn't believe it when I saw it!
I was hoping that a nice family with a bunch of kids would move in.....but now who knows!
That is a LOT of money.
But, hey what do I know.
Maybe that is what things are going for now-a-days.
Anyway, I still have hopes of a family with kiddos our kids ages to move in....it would be fun.
Actually....Heather.....what do you think?????
Doesn't that sound like heaven????
You guys should buy it!!!!!
:)
