Friday March 14

Elsie was up at 4:30 this morning......I heard her whimper, and went to her just in time for her to throw up.
Poor girl.
She threw up, I cleaned her up and stuck her back in bed (she was by the door when she threw up, not in bed).
She went right back to sleep, and I cleaned it all up.
I just let her sleep until she woke up herself, which was about 8:30.
So I kept her home from school.
She kinda laid around for a little while, but after lunch time, she was completely normal, no problems.
Weird.
So I don't know if she ate something weird or what......
But she is totally fine now.
Stacia dropped off her kiddos at about 8 this morning, she was headed to Utah with one of her kids for a dance competition, and I told her I would get her kids off to school and keep cannon for the day until her oldest got home from school.
The boys played so good all day.
They played with Legos for hours.
And it was such a nice day, we headed outside and they played for a long time out there.
Elsie loves it outside.
It is hard to convince her to go out sometimes, but once she is out, she doesn't want to come in :)
I sprayed some weeds while dad spread some stuff on the grass, I think it was crab grass preventer stuff.......
Then Elsie and I walked all around talking about 'insidey stuff'.
Meaning that the things we explore are things inside the body.....like a brain, tummy, heart etc.
My name was Mr. Belly Button.
That girl has quite the imagination.
Anyway....we picked some of those seed balls off the sycamore? tree.....
We broke them open and made a seed heart, then tried to blow them away :)
We got a little bit of rain today, but not bad.
By dinner time is was just gorgeous!
So we had our dinner outside on the deck.
And we stayed out there and cuddled with Scooby, and ran around before we went back inside and watched a show together and made kettle corn popcorn (the real home made stuff :)
I hope there is no throwing up tonight!!!!!
*****
Oh, and great news.
Dad passed the test (I knew he would!)
Now the next step is the practical.
He is still not wanting to promote, but his competitive side just takes over, and he can't help it :)
He is a smarty pants though!
