The boys took good care of me today.

I slept about half of the day.

Which was so nice.....but also not nice.

I hate wasting the day away.

But I guess I need to let my body heal.

I am just feeling super bloated, like I have balloons up under my ribs.

I don't know if that is a side effect of the medicine, or if that is what is just happening due to infection.

Whatever it is....I don't like it.

But I am not in much pain, so that is good :)

The boys made yummy chicken noodle soup for dinner, just what I needed.

I haven't had much of an appetite, but that was exactly what I wanted.

I am thankful that the boys always look out for me.

The girls were good too once they got home from school.

Lets hope they are all super awesome for me tomorrow while Dad is back at work :)

Porter was cute asking Dad why his pan of chicken had a different 'sound' then the boiling pot of stock.

He was also curious about the amount of steam coming out of the pot, and not so much from the chicken.

He is a curious and smart boy who likes to learn.

Oh, another funny thing I need to write down.

The other day he had a scratch on his back, and I asked him where it came from.

He turned to me, with a very serious look on his face, and said "Mom!  I'm a farmer!"

He is so cute.

Cracks me up.
