Most of us were up early enough to say goodbye to Andy, Katie and Hannah.

They were out the door by 7 a.m.

We decided to take on a project today.

My Christmas gift was a bed for Porter :)

I really really wanted it, but it wasn't needed.

So I was very happy and surprised to get it.

Well, we (Dad) sand blasted it while Madi and I deep cleaned Porters bedroom.

We will go and get the paint for it tomorrow.

Porter had fun hanging out with dad out in the shop, and coming in and out of the house for snacks and to get warm.

I started to paint his room with the extra grey paint we had.....but then I realized that two of his walls are made of cinder brick....and when painted grey, well, they just looked like cinder bricks :)

So I think I will pick another color.

Madi and Cassi had Carly and Avery over today too.

Cass and Avery spent most of their time outside, and Madi and Carly did some kind of fashion show/red carpet thing with Elsie.

It was a pretty good day.

I am not feeling the best......but hopefully it will pass soon.
