I really have a hard time on Sundays without Dad.
But we survived.
We did a rough run-though of the primary program this week.
Next week is stake conference and then we have one Sunday to run through it again and the next Saturday to do a dress rehearsal.....and then the big day is the 9th.
I think it will be beautiful.
Cassi and her friend are singing the last song and I am thinking I am gonna be pretty emotional.
I think it will be beautiful.
But those dang kids are having a hard time with the stand up/ sit down hand signals....kind of driving me nuts :)
Oh well.

After church there was a lot of fighting and not fighting, then more fighting.
That's how we roll.
We did make and take some treats over to our new neighbors.
Madi and Cassi really wanted to meet them.

Elsie and Porter played a lot by themselves ad their imaginations today.
Elsie spent a lot of the afternoon downstairs.
The big girls watched "The other side of Heaven" and Elsie didn't want too.
So she hung out downstairs with her stuffed animals, which she calls 'her cousins'.
She had them all lined up and talked with them and told stories.
That girl and her imagination.....I love it!
And Port build with his Legos.
Love Legos :)
He was super proud of this guy....it is one he wants me to send into the Lego magazine so he can have his picture in it.

We also had kind of a fun thing happen today.
We had a knock on the door and a lady told me that she grew up in this house.
We talked a little bit about what we had done with the place and she said that she tried to get her husband to buy the place when it was for sale, but he wouldn't do it.
He didn't want land and so she said that now she is stuck in a neighborhood with 6 kids and wants to have room to run.
Anyway, I thought it was interesting talking to her.

Tonight was Cassi's recognition night for Activity days.
She presented a framed poster of her pictures and the signed poster of Mindy Gledhill.
She talked about the good influence that Mindy has on her and that she proves that you can have great songs without bad language.
Cassi did a great job.

Today was a very busy day for you all!
Yeah, the stand up/sit down part was always the hardest part for the kids to do in the Primary programs I did too! It will all turn out fine - everyone always love the Primary program!
