Saturday September 14

It was a pretty packed day.

After I went to the gym, we headed over to the Furhimans house again to pick more raspberries.

She sent me a text the other day and asked if I wanted to come and pick them.

To pick all her rows, it takes her 8 hours!

So she is more than happy to have others come and pick for her :)

So we got a bunch and we are freezing them for smoothies and just snacks.

Porter had a bowl full this morning with some milk and sugar.

Yum :)

We got home and Madi went to her friend, Natalie's, house.

I painted some more in the stairwell.

I didn't get my steps poly-ed again...dang :(

Oh well.

Then I talked to Jenni on the phone while I was painting.

It had been awhile since we have talked and we decided, since both our husbands were gone, that we should get together.

So Jenni picked up some pizza on the way to our house and we had a little picnic.

It sounded like a storm was moving in the whole time we were out....but it passed right by us.

The kids love hanging out with each other.

Alex is in heaven here!

She loves all the animals.

I can honestly say, she is the only one of all my kids friends that loves to get the chickens out and play with them.

Cracks me up.

It was a beautiful night and it was great that we were able to get together!
