Dad came home this morning for a little bit before he went into the doctor to get his back shot again.

So the kids, and I, were happy to see him for a bit.

Then I did my grocery shopping....

And after that the kids and I went swimming with Jenni and her girls.

I should have taken some pictures....but I didn't.

Woops.

We did a little bit of shopping on the way back home, but Porter REALLY needed a nap.

So I brought the kids home and put Porter down then left Madi to babysit while I finished up the shopping.

I was birthday shopping for Elsie.

And her party.

How does that girl always convince me to have a birthday party????

Anyway...I think it will be cute.

She will have fun.

I got home and we made dinner.

My friend Stacia has some old (like real old) frames that she said I could have, so I ran over there with Cassi to grab them when a big storm came in.

Crazy storm.

So we stayed there until it ended and then we saw a beautiful full double rainbow.

I got a picture...but I am too tired to put it on right now......

Got home and gathered some big branches that blew off.

One fell on the fence by the neighbor, and I can't get it off.

So it will have to wait until Dad gets home tomorrow.

*Cat update*

I don't think he likes us.

He hides all day in the garage.

He barely eats his food or drinks.

I think he might be depressed.

Hope he snaps out of it.

I bought him some toys today and some yummy cat food....

I guess this was all a big change for him.
