Dad has been teaching a rope rescue technician course this whole week.
I don't like it.
I don't like him being gone so much.
But it's good overtime....so I can't complain.
He has been teaching some Army guys, and girls who are part of the 'Civil Support Team'.
Which is a special operations division specializing in different types of rescue.
And they contracted with Brent and his captain, Randy, to teach this and a confined space rescue technician course next month.
Petty cool stuff.
He was up on the mountain all day, and it was a hot day!

This week is teachers appreciation week.
I was in charge of getting the class gift ready for Elsie's class.
This is how they turned out.
One for Miss. Jodie and one for Mrs. Grayson.
I think they will love them.
I love this little class :)

Port decided he wanted a cucumber....So he got the peeler and peeled it himself.
Hey, can;t complain.
It's good for him and he usually just 'eats' milk.
*****
Dad still had light when he got home....so he stayed out until there wasn't any more light.
Too much to do to just sit around and rest :)
I had Activity Days with the girls today and the Boy Scouts came over while we were gone to do some service at our place.
So that was cool :)
*****
While waiting for dad to come in, the kids did some reading and Cassi played guitar for us.
I should have gotten one of Cassi with the guitar!!!
Dang it!
But I took this one when Cassi was in the shower, and I guess I just didn't pull the camera out when she had the guitar.
Too busy listening :)
