Happy Mothers Day!
I am so thankful for this little family of mine.
Ya, things aren't always peachy....
And I am not sure whether or not I am ruining these kids or not, cause it feels like that sometimes....a lot of times.
But I love what we have.
I love that we work well together.
I love the time we get to spend together.
I love their smiling faces....and their awesome laughs.
I know I need to try harder and be more patient.
Patience and compassion are the main things that I know I am lacking with my family.
Something I need to try and fix.
I need to work harder at that.
Cause they are pretty great and they deserve a pretty great mom....
*****
Church was fun.
Elsie went to class....even though it was a sub!
But her teacher, Sister Jarvis, told her ahead of time that her husband would be teaching....
I think that helped her to know ahead of time that she would have a sub...and that it was her teachers husband!
All the men took over for all the woman for the third hour today so we could all go to Relief Society.
It was a wonderful lesson.

Pat and Steve invited us over for dinner this afternoon.
It was a beautiful day and the kids all had a lot of fun.
Brent took some of his gums so the guys could do some shooting.
I think they all had some fun too.
We had an awesome steak dinner....
Had fun with bunnies....
Ate yummy cake and ice cream....
Played in the pond...
And we found Madi and Kara jamming out to the radio in the car.
Silly girls!
I wish I would have gotten a picture of Pat, Heather and I!
Oh well...
We are so thankful for our 'adoptive' family here in Idaho!
