Today I went to Elsie's class for the 'Mothers Tea'.

It was very cute.

The kids all sang to us (except for Elsie......)

They sang 'A Bushel and a Peck' , Mrs. Grayson loves that song :)

So do we....

But I think Elsie was too nervous about all the moms there.

Wonder whats gonna happen this Thursday when she has her music performance where she has a line to deliver.....

She says she is gonna do it.

I would love for her to do it.

We will have to wait and see.

Anyway, after they sang, each kid presented a picture of their mom they drew and read a little something they wrote about her.

Elsie didn't read hers.....oh well.

Mrs. Grayson read it to me :)

 

This is Lucy Little.

Elsie just loves her.

Lucy came into the class late int he year, and these two have become fast friends.

They are so sweet together!

 



I am not fond of any of these pictures of me.....but I was there, and I want her to remember that I was there.

So here they are.

Not very flattering, but Elsie Rose is a cutie in them.....so I will put them in :)

The boy has been working for 4 weeks no to earn a movie with Dad.

Well, he got his day today.

This only shows the last two weeks, but over to the side shows his final stickers he got for each day at  the end of each week.

He ended up with more smiley faces, so he got to go.

By looking at the chart, Tuesdays are not his best days.

Yikes...tomorrow is Tuesday :)

Anyway.....so Porter and dad went to go see Iron Man 3.

They had a lot of fun.

Brent said Porter had to take 3 potty breaks during the movie...I am sure he guzzled himself a bunch of soda :)

He was so excited and when he got back home he couldn't wait to tell me that he was going to turn his room into a workshop to build himself some robots for himself.

He went down and got right to work.

Dad went down to help him.

Gave him 5 cereal boxes....and dad helped him turn it into his own Iron Man costume.

Pretty cool dude!
