Another late night!

Today was Madi's first track meet and I have some fun photos from that.

She was a nervous wreck this morning.

But once we got to the High School, and found her, she had calmed down.

She just doesn't like going into a situation without knowing the details. :)

Lets see....first she ran hurdles.

 

Then the 100 meter dash.

 

Then the 4x100 relay.

 

And last of all, the shot-put.
With the furthest throw at 15"8'.

 

She had a lot of fun.

She did pretty good.

I do know she didn't push as hard as she could.....

But know she knows exactly what it will be like next time, so less nerves maybe :)

After the meet we were invited to our friends, the Ewings, house for dinner.

After dinner we had s'mores outside and the kids had fun playing.

It turned out to be a late night....and the kids are SO TIRED!

They are all in bed now.

And I have warned them that tomorrow will be a day of cleaning!

I am ready to whip this place into shape!
