The Terry girls came to our house today so we could have dinner and play together.

These kids have missed each other.

We don't see each other often enough.

 

Porter and Laela wanted to take more and more treats down to Mater.

I finally had to stop them.

But it was so cute to watch them :)

 

 

Elsie has missed Alex.

I love watching them play together too.

Two peas in a pod :)

 

 

 

And it seems like FOREVER since Ayden and Cassi got to hang out!

So everything was going great with Cassi this morning.

She was getting everything done without me asking a million times.

She said nothing about being worried and I thought I was home free today.

Until we got in the car and she started to think about being gone all day and she had a melt down.

I got her to school and I had to walk Elsie to class cause her aid wasn't there today and the substitute was gonna be late....

Anyway.

I got Cassi to go with her class and then I started walking to Elsie's.

Then all of the sudden Cassi came running to me crying her head off saying she didn't want to go.

She had gone in and hung up her backpack and then ran back out to find me.

I got Elsie to class and went back to deal with her.

After about 30 minutes of her crying and tryng to not cry, then breaking down again.

I finally called Dad at work so he could talk to her.

He talked her into going and I walked her into class and watched her sit down before she let me leave.

The rest of the day went fine for her.

She comes home great and happy and as if nothing ever happened.

Lets hope tomorrow is better.

Maybe I should talk about how she is feeling before school so we don't have another meltdown like today.

Who knows......I have no idea what to do.
