I would really be okay if the weather stayed like this for the month of November.

And then a good snowy December....then back to this until spring.

That's not too much to ask :)

I have spent most of today getting stuff ready for Cassi's birthday on Wednesday.

I had hopes of finishing her birthday quilt that I started for her birthday last year.

Hey, I know.

I know.

I frustrate myself too.

I do know it will not be done for her birthday.

BUT.....I think the top will be mostly, if not fully, pieced together.

And then I can do like I did with Madi, and Cassi can help me to tie it, quilt it, or sew it....I haven't decided what will be best.

It will have some raw ruffled edges in it, so I am tempted to just sew in the ditches.....we will see.

Anyway....

 

 

 I kinda wish I could just lay out on the grass with no worries.

I think I took too many photo sessions on this season.

Although it has been a ton of fun and I love doing it......I am worn out.

But very thankful for the extra money this time of year.

Anyway...I will be smarter next year and space people out more and say no when I am booked!

 

 

And then there is the laundry.

And my very, oh so very messy house.

Just wish I could get on top of things.

But I am thankful for these kids who don't always let my stress, stress them out too.

And teach me that I need to chill every now and then.
