Friday November 16

Today we had Cassi's birthday party.

I promised her a party if she earned it.

And by earning it, she had to stay in her bed all night for 11 days.

And she did.

So today was the day.

And I was well rested for it :)

But the party didn't go quite as planned.

I just thought the kids could go downstairs and play the wii, and dance and sing.

But some kids, more then did, didn't want to dance or sing.

And that was all I had planned.

But, they improvised.

They seemed to think that farm chores seemed like a great party :)

And playing outside...thanks to the good weather.

So we survived.

It was pretty fun, I think all the girls had a good time.

We opened presents.....

Had cake and ice cream....

Then Cassi played guitar for them.

And the girls got a fun little bag to take home that came with a cd that I burned with a few of Cassi's favorite songs.

You are the best Dussy boy! ;)

 

 

Hallie found herself a way to keep Porter still for a few minutes :)

She covered him in all the wrappings from the gifts.

Cracks me up!
