I promised the kids last week that we would go looking for Halloween costumes.

We went to all the thrift stores and could not find any thing good.

Except for Porter.

He found himself a Transformer mask and body armour for 99 cents!

Score!

Not sure it will last all the way to Halloween, since he has had it on all evening....

 

 

And all night :)

Silly boy!

I do not know how that can be comfortable.

Anyway, I did find a brown coat that I am going to try and make into some sort of buffalo...cause I have a certain little girl who dreams of being a Buffalo Ballerina.

When we got home, the big girls and I found some DIY costumes on Pinterest that should be pretty easy.

And cheap!

I could not believe that the costumes at thrift stores were charging $20-$30 for costumes!

Crazy!

Oh well.....making DIY costumes is more my thing anyway....just wish I had more time in the day.
