Sunday January 8

We didn't take a family picture yesterday with our little family with Cassi on her baptism day....
So we took a quick one today after church.
We are so proud of our Cassi.
We just went to Sacrament meeting today.
Those who were still here visiting came along with us....Rachel, Alberto, Abi, Kyara, Benjamin, Ariel, Nate and my Mom.

Cassi has always been a great example to me of bearing her testimony.
Something I admire greatly about her.
She not only has no fear, but she also bears a real testimony....knowing why she is saying what she is saying.
I enjoy it very much.
Well, today she bore her testimony....and after sacrament was almost over....and there was a long silence, I got up.
I still can't believe I did it.
I also can't believe I did it and didn't faint while I was up there.
Anyway...I couldn't pass up the opportunity to publicly tell Cassi how we are so proud of her and also my testimony of the my amazing husband who is able and worthy to hold the priesthood.
That he is able to bless and baptize our children.
That we are able to have our home protected by his priesthood power.
I am so grateful for the church in our lives and know we would not be where we are now without it.
Anyway....just wanted Cassi to know that she finally wore me down.
Good job Cass :)

I am so grateful for my beautiful family and this life we are making for them out here.
We have already seen such a great family bond and unity from being out here.
I can't wait to see what the future brings.
*****
We still have Melodie, Nathan and little Seth here for another night.
Cassi is just loving this little guy.
She wants to hold him any chance she can.
She is very good with him.
I think she will make a great little babysitter someday :)
