So back home.....and back to work.

No rest for the weary here.

And I do mean weary.....the two little ones are not feeling good and Brent and I are starting to feel a little icky.

But, with so much to do, you gotta keep on trucking :)

I started a lot of projects today....but they aren't finished yet.

For Cassi's birthday we bought her a bedroom set.

It is just beautiful.

When we used her dresser for the sink in the bathroom, we needed to find her a new one.

I found one, but it also came with a bed and desk.

So we got it all, gave her the dresser and saved the rest for her birthday.

Then we weren't here for her birthday, so I set it up for her today so she came home to it after school.

She loves it.

Preferable with her new quilt on it....but we all know how long that thing is gonna take me :)

I am also turning a free huge 9 drawer dresser into a cubby thing for the mud room.

I took a before picture....but still have to paint it.

Hopefully tomorrow.

I also sanded around the front door.

It was in bad shape.

That will get painted tomorrow too :)

Brent got a lot done too.

We finally got all the weeds mowed down and it looks pretty great.

He also looks pretty great on that tractor!

Tonight Cassi had her Veterans Day program.

She has been preparing for this for a long time.

She was very excited about having a speaking part, and she nailed it.

Even with her cute little squeaky voice that is on it's way out due to coughing :)

She was a cutie patootie.....and it was a great little program.
