It has been a fun filled day for these kiddos.

I took Cassi to her Theatre/music class this morning.

I came back home and the big girls went and played at the park while Brent and I did yard work.

They came home and it was pretty good weather, so they wanted to play in the water.

They had lots of fun, and the poor lawn got pretty destroyed!!!

Cassi had a blast at her theatre/music class.

They will be doing scenes from Beauty and the Beast and will be having a performance this Friday.

They got to list the three parts they would like to have.

Cassi said she chose Chip as her first choice, then Belle, and she didn't remember the third choice.

Her teacher will take all those into consideration, and they will receive their parts tomorrow.

She is so pumped and didn't stop talking about it the whole way home.

I am excited that she is so excited.....and I can't wait to see her perform!

She took a camera with her....it was listed as an item to bring.

So she took some pictures of her new friends....so she wouldn't forget them....

Then we headed to the swimming pool.

It was pretty crowded....but it was a fun time anyway.

We promised the kids we would do S'mores tonight.

So we had to make good on that promise.

It was a fun night....

Don't you love how grumpy my boys get when they have to have their pictures taken.

Bums.

Oh well, they are cute anyway.

Poor Elsie.

She didn't want to wear her swim shoes cause they don't fit her very well.....too loose I guess.

Anyway, we thought we were keeping a good enough eye on her....it didn't look like she was dragging her feet anywhere....

But we were wrong.

The bottom of her big toes were rubbed raw.

She hasn't walked since we left the pool

I hope they feel better tomorrow.

It breaks my heart.

 

We are having fun with these girls!

Not sure what adventures tomorrow holds for us....we shall see.
