I sure had a fun day today.
The day started out with me sleeping in.
Oh ya, that was nice.
Then dad and the kids came up to see me, and told me that my breakfast was downstairs.
They usually bring it up to me, and I end up taking it downstairs to hang with them.
So they just left it down there this time.
It was the perfect breakfast.
They know how much I love my cereal.
And yummy fruit.
With a beautiful lite-brite note.
A bunch of presents, and some fresh picked flowers from the front yard.
Just perfect!
I got lots and lots of fun gifts and cards from my sweet kiddos.
I wanted to remember every one of them...cause they are all so perfect!
Thanks Dad, and kiddos, for such a great day.
I am very blessed.

I am also blessed to have two very special Moms in my life.
One I was born to, and the other I inherited from my hubby.
The most wonderful women in the world.
And to them, I wish them the Happiest Mother's day ever.
Brent and I are so lucky to have them.

But it was also a sad day.
I lost my Grandad last night.
I love him so very much and wish I could have seen him one last time.
Last time I got to see him, he gave each of his family members a copy of his life story.
He had some great stories in his life, and he was such a great story teller.
He was a great man who touched many lives.
I love you Grandad.

I can't find my copy of his life story :( I am sure it's in storage somewhere but I have no idea where!
Happy Mothers Day, sweet sister. What a great day for you.
I need to dig my book out of storage, too. I know which box I put it in, but I want it in my hands. Especially now.
