We had another good day.
The goats and horses needed to be fed again.
Elsie wanted to help Daddy feed the goats, but she isn't a big 4-wheeler fan.
So dad pulled out the mule.
Port was a big helper again and pushed the hay out as Dad drove along.
He sure is good help on the farm.
And of course Strip needed some hay too.
We will miss Strip.
Lets hope for better weather when we come next time!
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for letting us invade for a couple days.
We had such a great time.
I hope we didn't wear Grandma out too much.
*****
Around lunch time we headed towards Utah.
We got to Emmy's house at about 3.
Elsie was more than excited to see her Emmy!
We all went out to eat for dinner.
We really wanted to eat at China Bowl.
That was out favorite when we lived here!
But we went that direction and found it replaced with a different restaurant!!!
So we settled on Texas Roadhouse.
That was still yummy!
Porter was horrible.
Like, everyone around you looking at you, horrible.
I am actually very proud that no plates were broken.
Cause there were a few instances that it could have happened.
But there was applesauce and french fries everywhere....little stinker.
Cassi did her best to entertain by having a little tug-a-war with the napkin.
And Madi came up with a fun way to pass the time while we waited for our food.
She made a tic-tac-toe grid out of some knives and she and dad used peanut shells and napkin pieces.
Good thinking Madi.

We are looking forward to another few jam packed fun days!

Aarynn loves how you can just dump the shells on the floor at the Texas Roadhouse....we went there when we were moving his Mom and sisters away.
I love the picture of Elsie looking at Strip eating hay...so cute!
And what a great help Porter is on the farm!
