There has been a Chinese restaurant being build for the longest time.
We love Chinese food...but have yet to find a good one since we have moved to Boise...which is sad, we have been here almost 9 years now...
So we were excited when this one we had been watching, finally opened up!
So we tried it out tonight.
We were not very happy with it.
Like Brent said tonight, maybe our expectations were too high...but I sure wish we could find a good one like China Bowl was in Orem, Utah...
Here is Elsie signing 'Restaurant'.It is the letter 'R' wiping the sides of your mouth like with a napkin...

Sorry about the restaurant disappointment. But those pictures of Elsie are just adorable!
We haven't found a Chinese restaurant we liked as much as the one we LOVED in Alaska. It was amazing food and very inexpensive.
You should do a book of signs using Elsie! :)
I hate when that happens, we've tried many Chinese restaurants here in Utah and since then have only stuck to a few of them, we never venture out and try others anymore.
Elsie is so cute!!
