New Running Shoes!
These are what Brent got me for my birthday.I am so excited to break these puppies in.
I finally got a chance to run to the store, which was so great.
She watched how I walked, how I ran and found shoes that would work best for me.
I have never had that done before, and I am excited to see if it will help with my knee problems when I wear the right fitting shoes!
They are so comfy and cute too!!!

I'm so excited you got some good running shoes! Hope that will motivate you and me to run more this coming up week. Robie....7 more weeks to train....yikes!!!!!!!!

Those are cute.. I LOVE my Mazunos. Now if only I would start putting them to better use. hmmmmm.
I went to a store and bought really nice new balance tennis shoes, and they did the same thing. Watched how I walked and ran, and gave me good shoes. They have made a world of difference. No more feet pain... Yeah! Now if I could just learn to love running....
